Well hey! The name is Carly, Carly Buehler.
​
I started Body By Buehler back when I had to move 1,000 miles across country and had to leave some of my favorite clients ever behind.
​
So we started working together via online training. And BAM, that was it. The inspiration that I could do more of this! So I did.
As an ACE certified PT with nearly 6 years experience in Personal Training and Group Exercise, I've seen a lot of transformations happen, and that alone is inspiring.
​
Beyond that, I started to see the need for help, and I'm talking helping more than just in fitness. As a dog mom and an animal rescue volunteer, I wanted to create a way to combine the two. Who says fitness and animals can't go hand in hand?
​
This is why I not only offer fitness programming and nutrition counseling, but I have also created the "Buehler Paws" initiative. Through these pre-set fitness programs, we can help animals in need across the globe. $10 (18%) of every program under the Buehler Paws umbrella will be donated to animal rescue efforts world wide!

Last Fall I made a decision to change my life for the better. I needed to make a change in my life to start living a healthy lifestyle again. I joined a local gym and met Carly! She was an instant motivator and really encouraged me to stick to my goal of becoming healthier. I thought I was doing all the right things to get there, but after talking with Carly, I realized I needed help. She showed me what I needed to be doing nutrition-wise and how to get more out of my workouts to achieve my goals. What’s not to love about a fitness coach who says you need to eat more?
Fast forward 7 months and I have completely changed my lifestyle. I am down over 40 pounds and several sizes. The journey is not over—I’ve learned that fitness isn’t a switch you turn on and off—it is a constant dedication to treating your body right. I feel better than I’ve felt since being a college athlete. I can’t thank Carly enough for her knowledge, commitment to seeing me succeed and her motivation to push myself to my limits.
